When a structural job calls for precision, there's no room for guesswork. This build was all about getting the support structure for an I-beam built to match the design exactly - right bolt pattern, right geometry, right fit. That's the kind of work that either holds or it doesn't. So we made sure it holds.

We fabricated the support assembly from scratch. The connection plates were drilled and fitted with hardware to spec, the welds were laid clean and consistent along every joint, and the whole thing was built to transfer load the way it needs to. You can see the bolted connection detail up close - heavy hex hardware, tight fit against the plate face, no slop in the assembly.

The bracket-style support stands were also cut and welded in-house. Each one has a clean gusset configuration that distributes the load properly across the base. Nothing was rushed, nothing was skipped. When you're dealing with structural steel, that attention to detail isn't optional - it's the whole point.

Once everything was fabricated and checked, the beam got loaded up and chained down on the trailer for delivery. That's the end result of clear communication with the customer, accurate measurements, and doing the work right from the first cut to the final bolt. No callbacks, no rework.

This is what structural welding and custom metal builds are supposed to look like. If you've got a job that needs steel done to a specific design with tight tolerances, that's exactly the kind of work we do.
