Custom Stainless 3-Inch Straight Pipe Build with Dual Teardrop Tips

This one was built from scratch, in-house. The customer wanted a clean, no-nonsense exhaust setup - nothing off the shelf, nothing that was going to rust out or look cheap after a season. So we got to work fabricating a 3-inch stainless straight pipe system built specifically to fit this truck.

What makes this setup different from a bolt-on kit is that every bend, every section of pipe, and every weld was done to match the vehicle's exact routing. Stainless steel was the only material that made sense here - it holds up, it looks good long-term, and it doesn't corrode like mild steel will. When you're building something meant to last, you don't cut corners on material.

We also added a V-band connection, and that's worth explaining. A V-band clamp creates a secure, leak-free joint that can be disconnected and reconnected cleanly. That matters a lot on a lifted truck or an off-road rig - if you ever need to drop the exhaust for clearance work or a future mod, you're not fighting rusted bolts or cutting anything apart. It's the kind of detail that makes future work easier.

The whole thing finishes off with a dual 5-inch teardrop tip exit at the rear. The fit is tight to the bumper, centered, and looks intentional - not like an afterthought. That's the goal with every custom exhaust we fabricate. Clean routing underneath, clean finish at the back.
